This energetic professional will manage and handle the daily maintenance of the organization’s website, especially its functionality, contents, quality, style, and user interface. This person will provide technical support to administrators of Bread’s social media properties and generate regular reports to assess their efficiency. Must have a Bachelor’s degree and at least one year experience with online communications (e.g. Website, blogging, social networking, etc.); knowledge of HTML, CSS, Adobe Creative Suite; and experience with content management systems. Knowledge of open source software and JavaScript is a plus. Creative, with strong writing and communications skills; excellent customer service skills; ability to work collaboratively with others; and the ability to work well under pressure. This position is based in Washington, DC.
