We are very pleased to announce the photojournalism workshop coaches…
Preston Gannaway 
Preston Gannaway has worked as a documentary photojournalist for more than 10 years. She is currently a photojournalist for The Virginian-Pilot newspaper in Norfolk, Va. Her work has been honored in numerous
national and international competitions, including Pictures of the Year International’s One Week’s Work and an award of excellence in Best Multimedia Project.  In 2011, Gannaway was named runner-up Photojournalist of the Year (Large Markets) by the NPPA. www.prestongannaway.com
Ken Geiger 
Pulitzer Prize-winning photographer Ken Geiger is National Geographic magazine’s Deputy Director of Photography. He joined the National Geographic staff in 2004 after 24 years of newspaper journalism. Ken’s career as a photojournalist has ranged from China to Mexico, war in Burma and Bosnia, terrorism in the Punjab, the 1990 post-Sandinista election in Nicaragua, four Olympic games, and numerous American political conventions.
Rick Loomis
Rick Loomis has worked for the Los Angeles Times since 1994 . His work has been recognized on numerous occasions, but he is most proud of being awarded the Pulitzer Prize in 2007 <http://www.latimes.com/news/local/la-oceans-series,0,7783938.special>
He is based in Los Angeles and has covered assignments in more than 25 countries, spending more than two years in Iraq and Afghanistan alone.
William Snyder
William Snyder, a four-time Pulitzer Prize-winning photojournalist, has traveled the world and has covered a myriad of assignments. He began shooting photographs for The Gleaner in his hometown of Henderson, KY at the age of 14. Snyder has worked at The Miami News, The Dallas Morning News and recently became the Chair of the Photojournalism program at RIT.
Dave Weatherwax 
Dave Weatherwax is the Chief Photographer for the Jasper Herald in Jasper, Ind. He was recently awarded the 2012 NPPA Photojournalist of the Year (Smaller Markets). Before coming to Jasper he was a staff photographer and videographer for The Jackson Citizen Patriot in Jackson, Mich.
